When you call, email, send a WhatsApp message or contact Eco Projects through Facebook, you may provide your name, contact details, suburb or property address, photographs, project requirements and access information.
How the information is used
- To respond to your enquiry and understand the requested work.
- To arrange assessments, prepare quotes and schedule approved work.
- To maintain practical customer, project and accounting records.
- To meet legal, safety and business-administration obligations.
Eco Projects does not sell personal information.
External communication services
If you choose WhatsApp, Facebook, email, telephone or Google services, those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Share only the information and photographs needed to assess your project.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, quote, completed work, customer service, legitimate business records and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no electronic communication method is completely secure.
